Terms of Service

Menatria (“Menatria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Menatria website and application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Menatria is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool, not a medical device or a provider of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle predictions, phase insights, rituals, and content are for informational and personal purposes only. They are not a form of contraception and should not be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in Menatria. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Menatria. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at privacy@menatria.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

The entries, reflections, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the Service can function. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
• disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• copy, resell, or exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted;
• send invitations to people who have not agreed to receive them, or use invitation features to send spam.

When you invite a friend or link a partner, you confirm you have their permission to share their email address with us for that purpose. Menatria may link to or rely on third-party services (such as sign-in and notification providers); their own terms and policies govern your use of them.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Menatria or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or brand without our prior written consent.

We are always refining Menatria and may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or content will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menatria and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Menatria or others. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Menatria after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
